Hello Parents,

My name is Lacey Bleem and I teach fifth grade science! This will be my 9th year teaching for the Deer Creek Public Schools system and I love it! I was born in Great Bend, Kansas and raised in Duncan, OK and graduated from Duncan High School in 2004.

I graduated from Oklahoma State University with my Bachelors of Science Degree in Elementary Education in 2010. My last name is Bleem, but many of my students call me Miss. B or Bleem Machine; I do not mind either one. I have a wonderful support group of two parents, an older brother, a younger sister. I love spending time with my family, traveling, reading, movies, and OSU football!

In the 2013-2014 school year, I was honored to be named DCIS Teacher of the Year! I believe I teach with the best! And Team C is the place to be. I am so excited to meet my students and their families. I cannot wait to start the 2018-2019 school year with this group of fantastic fifth graders. Welcome to Deer Creek Intermediate School, this year will be unbelievable!
